Optimization of the document capture as part of the scanner fleet renewal

Context

As part of the renewal of its fleet of 23 production scanners (>100 pages per minute), the client wanted to optimize its document capture tool. Two options were available:
  • The standard tool provided with the new scanners, offering basic functionalities
  • The tool from the previous supplier, more advanced but rigid, less adaptable, and costly.

Proposed solution by Diginove

DIGINOVE adopted a collaborative approach by engaging with the client’s various teams:
  • Production operators team
  • Architecture and networks team

Through this process, the client’s specific needs were identified, enabling the custom configuration of DEXELIA SCAN, a tailored solution meeting all requirements.
