These interests are to be considered justified within the meaning of the above provision.
Data processing purposes and data categories can be deduced from the corresponding monitoring tools.
5. Adding social media
Based on art. 6(1)(1)(f) GDPR, we are implementing social plugins on our website from the social networks Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn and YouTube in order to make our company better known in this way. Cookies are used in accordance with section 6 of this declaration. The business purpose behind this is to be considered a justified interest within the meaning of the GDPR. Responsibility for the data protection-compliant operation must be guaranteed by their respective providers. The integration of these plug-ins by us is done by a so-called two-click method to protect visitors to our website in the best possible way.
a) Facebook
Facebook social media plug-ins are deployed on our website, in order to design the use of our website in a more personal way. To do this, we use the “LIKE” or “SHARE” button. This is an offer from Facebook.
Each time you access a page on our website containing one of these plug-ins, your browser establishes a direct connection with Facebook’s servers. The content of the plug-in is transmitted directly by Facebook to your browser, which then integrates it into the web page. The plug-in integration sends information to Facebook indicating that you have accessed the corresponding page on our website, even if you do not have a Facebook account or are not currently logged in to Facebook. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted directly by your browser to one of Facebook’s servers in the USA, where it is stored.
When you visit our website and are logged in to Facebook at the same time, this enables Facebook to link information about your visit to your account. Whenever you interact with the plug-ins, for example by pressing the “LIKE” or “SHARE” button, the corresponding information is also transmitted directly to one of Facebook’s servers, and stored there. In addition, the information is published on Facebook and shown to your Facebook friends.
Facebook may use this information for advertising, market research and to design Facebook pages according to users’ needs. Usage, interest and relationship profiles are created by Facebook for this purpose, e.g. to evaluate your use of our website with respect to advertisements shown to you on Facebook, to inform other Facebook users of your activities on our website, and to provide other Facebook-related services.
If you prefer that Facebook does not allocate the data collected via our website to your Facebook account, you must log out of Facebook before visiting our website.
Please deduce the purpose and scope of data collection and further processing and use by Facebook, as well as your rights and configuration options to protect your privacy against Facebook’s privacy policies at the following link https://en-gb.facebook.com/about/privacy/
b) Twitter
(hereinafter referred to as “Twitter”) are integrated into our website. You can recognize Twitter plug-ins (“Tweet” button) by the Twitter logo on our website. You can find an overview of the Tweet buttons here ( https://about.twitter.com/resources/buttons ).
When you visit a page on our website containing such a plug-in, a direct connection is established between your web browser and the Twitter server. Twitter thus receives the information that you have visited our website along with your IP address. If you click on the Twitter “Tweet” button while logged in to your Twitter account, you can link the content of our pages to your Twitter profile. Twitter can thus allocate your visit to our pages to your user account. We would like to point out that we, as the provider of the pages, are not informed about the content of the data transmitted or its use by Twitter.
If you do not want Twitter to be able to allocate your visit to our pages to your Twitter account, please log out of your Twitter user account.
You can find out more about this in Twitter’s privacy policy at the following link (https://twitter.com/privacy ).
c) Google
This site uses the “G +1” button of the Google Plus social network, which is operated by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (“Google”).
The button can be recognized by the “G+1” symbol. If you are registered with Google Plus, you can use the “G +1” button to express your interest in our website and share its content on Google Plus. In this case, Google stores both the information you assign to a “G +1” for one of our contents, as well as information about the site you visited at the same time. Your “G +1” may be displayed with your name (and possibly a photo if available) on Google Plus in other Google services, such as Google search or your Google profile.
Please refer to Google’s data protection information for the purpose and scope of data recording, as well as Google’s processing and use of data and your options for rights and settings to protect your privacy https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/

With each call to one of the individual pages of this website, which is operated by the controller and on which a LinkedIn component (LinkedIn plug-in) has been integrated, the Internet browser on the data subject’s computer system is automatically prompted to download a display of the corresponding LinkedIn component from LinkedIn. Further information on the LinkedIn plug-in is available at https://developer.linkedin.com/plugins. During this technical procedure, LinkedIn becomes aware of the specific subpage of our website that was visited by the data subject.
If the data subject is connected to LinkedIn at the same time, LinkedIn detects each call to our website by the data subject – and for the duration of his/her browsing on our website – which specific subpage of our Internet page was visited by the data subject. This information is collected via the LinkedIn component and associated with the data subject’s respective LinkedIn account. If the data subject clicks on one of the LinkedIn buttons integrated on our website, LinkedIn assigns this information to the data subject’s personal LinkedIn user account and stores the personal data.
LinkedIn receives information via the LinkedIn component that the data subject has visited our website, provided that the data subject is connected on LinkedIn at the time of ordering on our website. This occurs irrespective of whether the person clicks on the LinkedIn button or not. If such a transmission of information to LinkedIn is not desirable for the person concerned, then he or she can prevent it by logging out of his or her LinkedIn account before an order is placed on our website.

YouTube is a video portal on the Internet that allows video publishers to create video clips and other users free of charge, which also allows them to view, consult and comment on them free of charge. YouTube lets you publish all kinds of videos, so you can access both full-length movies and TV shows, as well as music videos, trailers and user-generated videos via the Internet portal.
The operating company of YouTube is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, United States. The YouTube, LLC is a subsidiary of Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, United States.
With each call to one of the individual pages of this website, which is operated by the controller and on which a YouTube component (YouTube video) has been integrated, the Internet browser of the data subject’s computer system is automatically prompted to download the display of the corresponding YouTube component. Further information on YouTube can be found at https://www.youtube.com/yt/about/. In the course of this technical procedure, YouTube and Google become aware of the specific sub-page of our website that has been visited by the person concerned.
If the data subject is logged on to YouTube, YouTube recognizes which specific subpage of our website the data subject visited each time a subpage containing a YouTube video is called up. This information is collected by YouTube and Google and assigned to the data subject’s corresponding YouTube account.
YouTube and Google will receive information via the YouTube component that the data subject has visited our website, if the data subject at the time of the call to our website is logged in on YouTube; This occurs irrespective of whether the data subject clicks on a YouTube video or not. If such transmission of this information to YouTube and Google is not desirable for the data subject, delivery can be prevented if the data subject logs out of his/her own YouTube account. This occurs irrespective of whether the person clicks on a YouTube video or not. If such transmission of this information to YouTube and Google is not desirable for the person concerned, delivery can be prevented if the person concerned logs out of his or her own YouTube account before an order is placed on our website.
YouTube’s data protection provisions, available at https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/, provide information on the collection, processing and use of personal data by YouTube and Google.
